Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Duties andResponsibilities

·        Prepare, season and smoke meats

·        Responsible for executionand craft of smoked meats for eat in and take out offering and related preparatory and cleaning food protocols

·        Quality control and food handling safety protocols

·        Cleaning and maintenance schedule of oven, rotisserie and smoked meats warming units

Qualifications:

·        Previous experience is preferred but not essential as we offer full training

·        Ability to lift up to 25kg

·        Flexible to workvarious shifts and weekends

Experience:

·        Food Preparation: 1years (Preferred)
