八家小饭馆被省政府巡视员关闭

根据卫生法案，曼省最近关闭的饭馆数目有上升趋势

省政府卫生官员在今年1月和4月10日间关闭8家小吃店，去年同期则只有3家。

此外还有7家餐馆被定罪和罚款，因为未把食品煮熟之类。

巡视员可以在发现严重问题以及可能危及公众安全的情况下暂时关闭餐馆。温尼泊华人网

省卫生官员周三未接受采访，但曼省卫生部门发言人在一封电子邮件中说，跟巡视员检查过的大约9000家小吃店总数相比，关闭餐馆的数量并不算显著增加。温尼泊华人网

“这种波动过去也曾有过”。

在2012年4月前，温尼伯市的卫生检查由曼省政府和温尼伯市政府共同承担。温尼伯市负责检查1972年之前城市边界内的小吃店、游泳池和纹身店，而省政府负责郊区和农村地区的检查。温尼泊华人网

去年春天，省政府全部接管温尼伯市的检查，同时开始公布违反卫生法例的案例的相关信息。 温尼泊华人网

此前，只有温尼伯市检查的违规小吃店被点名处罚。温尼泊华人网

巡视员关闭这些设施，是为了防止它们潜在的危险或者使人致病，这些饭馆想要重开必须要向巡视员证明问题已经彻底解决。温尼泊华人网

Chicago Phil's Pizza

Sawatdee Thai

[li]150 Provencher Blvd.[/li][li]Date: Closed Jan. 28. Reopened Jan. 30.[/li][li]Reason: Failed to take effective measures against entry of pests.[/li]

311 Pretzel Cart

[li]MTS Centre[/li][li]Date: Closed Feb. 7. Reopened Feb. 7.[/li][li]Reason: No running water.[/li]

Sawatdee Thai

[li]555 Osborne St.[/li][li]Date: Closed Feb. 26. Reopened March 8.[/li][li]Reason: Filthy conditions throughout the premise. Dishwasher did not provide adequate sanitizer.[/li]

The Storm Restaurant and Catering

[li]300 Memorial Blvd[/li][li]Date: Closed March 13. Reopened March 14.[/li][li]Reason: Dishwasher could not provide an adequate amount of chlorine to sanitize dishes.[/li]

Wok House

[li]3727 Portage Ave.[/li][li]Date: Closed March 26.[/li][li]Reason: Failure to maintain establishment in a sanitary condition.[/li]

Hong Kong Restaurant

[li]85 Main St., Flin Flon[/li][li]Date: Closed April 1.[/li][li]Reason: Facility is not designed, operated or maintained in accordance with Manitoba regulations and the permit was not renewed.[/li]

River Osborne Community Centre
