魁北克电力公司地下管道爆炸起火 满地可上万用户停电

根据CBC报道，魁北克电力公司（Hydro-Québec）称，影响满地可的停电事件与Rosemont―La Petite?Patrie的地下爆炸和火灾有关。

火灾始于Boyer和Saint-André之间的Bélanger街地下的魁北克电力公司的管道。

消防员必须切断电力才能进入设备所在的井口。

停电的高峰期，近4.1万名用户失去电力。截止晚上7点，仍有10981名用户没有电。

电力公司发言人表示，该公司在如何恢复电力方面至关重要。由于寒冷，公司预计人们一旦恢复电力就会用电取暖，而这样可能会引发电力网络超负荷。
